A global pandemic, civil uprising, police-based violence, economic and climate instability are things that impact all of us. The ability to sustain oneself and better understand the “why” of the behavior of those around us is of critical importance to bridge gaps of connection and build workplace relationships in support of a healthy and productive organizational culture. Leaders and managers who understand the mental, emotional, and physical symptoms that indicate a lack of focus can create work environments that better engage and support employees. This course assists leaders and managers in understanding the science of stress responses in themselves and their employees to create trauma-informed workplaces.
